is an act of heroism on a grand scale, and it matters profoundly.
It does more than help people beat the odds; it changes the odds."

are our volunteers and interns saying about Wayne ARC?
of my entire life, these kids are one of the most
rewarding. They give me laughter and so much joy.
I love my job at Roosevelt School. I love my workers
as I fit right in with them. Best Class of all!"
- Ellen H., Foster Grandparent
was by far the greatest experience I could have asked
for. I do not feel my education would be complete
had I not gained the experience at Roosevelt Children's
Center. My supervisor immediately made me feel comfortable
and helped me set my goals for my time." - Todd
C., Human Services Intern
